Amy Heyman, RN,BSN
Amy Heyman is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, School of Nursing, where she received her RN, BSN. She practiced as a medical/surgical nurse at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore before retiring.
Shari Caplan is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Dental School Dental Hygiene program and practiced in the Baltimore area for 15 years before retiring.

Both women are CPR and First Aid instructors for American Safety and Health Institute and have been training the dental community in OSHA/Infection Control and PANDA with Academy of General Approval since 1998.
